If you can do Sweety Tweety and buttery talk with Senior, Management and Boss then it's a good place to work otherwise they never point out your work.

i have a advice only for Diretor of the company Mr. Ashmeet Singh(As you are so good by your nature but you have a lot lack like - 1. you are Gulllible 2. behave like a boss with the employees, don't try to make a relation. and there are a lot of things but it's enough to understand

The work culture in MSD telematics is really great. I have been working with the organization for quite sometime and have known them even before I was associated. The organization is flat and everyone has an access to the management and shares their views and most of the views are addressed and taken positively. The best part is that the team and management meets once a month and discuss the progress of the organization and growth path that is for the organization and its employees. The organization believes in EEOC. All employees are proud to be part of the family called MSD Telematics.

When an organization is flat and everyone are approachable at any point of time I don’t find that there are any cons in the organization.
