Good pay in sales. Multi billion $ operation with a startup mentality (which can be good and bad). High energy and I lost weight running around which is a big ++. High targets and rewards for meeting targets.

Svantaggi

There are too many bosses, not enough leaders. The amount of manual excel work is frustrating, coming from someone who has worked with better systems, team msi is a step back to 2010 age software. There is a lot of politics and internal conflict between employees and bosses. Lack of transparency of their quality and material, which is second grade but labeled as first. Reimbursement for mile driven for own vehicle is much much lower than national recommendations. Very few holidays, and very many safety hazards.

Where do I start…. Micromanagement to the max: Dissecting your mileage to your sales visits even though the mileage app sucked and did not work half the time. If you drive their car you can’t even drink water as the camera will alert corporate and you get a nasty email. False promises: only be overnight 1-2 nights a week which was not true Zero training on what’s important Let people sell instead of burying them in worthless tasks Had me train for 8 weeks away from home like I was in the military and I stared at a wall in an office. My wife had a medical scare early on and I mentioned that I would like to be with her with the diagnosis and they still made me travel 8 hours from home. Pretty sure they were forcing me out as I talked to other sales reps and they weren’t under the pressure that I was. It’s not really a real sales job there is no selling your basically and order taker and spend your time trying to figure out the mess of ordering.
