Poor pay too and they’re expect you to be a robot and slave to the company coming in well before your start time and staying well after your finish time. Even if you do stay back late or come in early it’s never good enough if you slightly miss your target… even if it’s not your fault and out of your control they will make it seem like you should have put more of an effort in. If you speak to senior staff about personal issues they will say that it’s not comparable to other staff members so suck it up and crack on. A lot of perverted conversations from higher members of staff, specifically one female manager and one director who constantly make unnecessary sexual jokes and remarks.
