You get the week off between Christmas and New Years, and lots of holidays. Work life balance is great, and MSR is a great stepping stone to a bigger company with bigger budgets and more opportunity.

Bad management-- essentially no management The managers don't actually have any power to authorize any changes and often shy away from communicating team questions, requests or concerns with the CEO Technology is old and CEO doesn't want to invest in the proper equipment for team needs Money is constantly an issue-- small happy hour budgets, no new technology, low annual raises if any CEO is very strict about working from home or remotely CEO is very out of touch with the team and their needs, and often doesn’t respond to emails. Things are really unorganized and there are no systems in place for most processes
