Outdated technology, absent CEO that is on a completely different page than the rest of the team and clients, but even when she is in the office, she’s more of a distraction than a resource. Management is non existent so you’re not mentored and there is almost no growth opportunities. Team bonding is limited because CEO doesn’t like to spend money on offsite activities. She doesn’t connect well with her team and has a very old school mind set when it comes to running a company. Needs to catch up with other more competitive agencies in terms of benefits and treatment of employees. Everyone is underpaid and salary negotiations are more like arguments. Wouldn’t recommend working here
