Often felt like everything you do is wrong even if it's the way you were taught. Company prides itself on delivering exceptional service and products yet insist that employees cut corners. Owner boasts about how well employees are treated when she is constantly calling everyone incompetent idiots. Attempts to pay bare minimum wages by making employees feel that they are not worth the industry standard. When raises are given they are done so with strings attached rather than in appreciation for a job well done. If you are in a salaried position you are not doing your job unless you written 45-50 hours per week. If you are not on salary there is no chance of overtime unless the company is desperate.
