Empty promises and misleading representation of the work environment, culture, and growth opportunities starting from the recruiting process. Negative and toxic work environment where everyone is out for themselves and people steal and take credit for your ideas. You have to watch your back because people will do anything to get ahead. Problems reported to management but they get defensive and don't do anything about it. Very political and rampant favoritism. Management says they want innovation and change but aren't open to new ideas and stuck in their old ways. Little to no direction from top down and everyone seems lost due to no real experience and no plan for the future. Extreme micromanagement and too much focus on inefficient processes. Overworked with no flexibility or work life balance. Not a good place to work if you have a family or kids.
