Lack of transparency - there are several programs the bank is launching and calling pretty names. They are aggressively outsourcing the entire bank to vendors and not giving their own employees a chance to grow. They are only obsessed with the bottom line, but calling themselves “people focused” Cliks - environment is very political and if you are not part of the privileged group, your work will be removed from you so they can rate you as a poor performer
