Every day you have a new deadline with an outrageous timeline Multiple things are thrown at you and your expected to know what they are talking about or else. You will do way more than what you were hired for. Diversity is there because it’s a Japanese Bank. However, Inclusion is far removed. Expect to be stressed out daily.
