If you are assigned to do cashiering, good luck. Their POS system is old and slow. Discount have to be manually applied by the staff. During sales period, there are different promo on-going so you have to memorize it. Hence, queues are always long - customer get impatient and staff are also more prone to making mistakes. It can get very overwhelming especially cause Muji sells a wide range of products. A lot of customer complaints arise because of wrong discount and inefficient check outs. Not really the staff fault but they have to face the music.
