The lack of common sense from higher up trickles down and creates a great deal of trouble for office staff and drivers. It's amazing we can get our jobs done. Relatively simple problems are pushed off and they're pushed off on office staff to deal with on top of them trying to do their actual jobs or they're not fixed at all. This division goes through management like tissue.
