No competitive environment because of less employee.

I Joined as a iOS developer in the organisation , I was exposed to a new environment (startup) as I had an experience from a Service sector, I had a great learning from the beginning . Everyday was a new learning for me my skills were enhanced and I was given my space to explore and experiment which very few organisations allow . My coding skill was enhanced and management of a product from End to End was the biggest take away.

There are few things that I felt difficult were , There is no paper point of contact to reach out for any queries .
