Small company, but I see a potential

This is probably the first company where I don't have any complaint about management. Open door policy (to the literal sense), and very understanding. They care and invest in growth of team members, as well as our well being. Culture is excellent. There's friendly competition, which is the nature of the industry and any jobs that has compensation structure with performance based commission, but at the end of the day, we all have each other's back, go out to lunch together or happy hour.

Nothing worth mentioning. If anything, the building and the office space for our corporate office is not stellar.
