Values-driven, fair, demanding, exciting, small investment firm that is led by a trail-blazing, honest founder who leads through bravery and is a man of his word. Small, focused firm who treated me extremely well, and values women POC.

I actually don't have any. This was an exciting and valuable leadership and learning experience for me and I value the friendships and professional relationships I created while working there.

Urban development and high-finance strategies

Victor MacFarlane cannot ever be trusted. He is a high risk poker player who plays with everyone else chips (and lives) with no moral center. He lost so much money for his clients it is a wonder of contortion and captivating that he is still around. His history with 'partners' forced out by stonewalling is atrocious. His use of employees while calling them family creates a cult of personality, which also has nepotism as a bonus. This is a place of compromised ethics.
