Their peer support process has been fine tuned and consistently gains top marks from CEO clients. Newcomers can expect lots of support and I found everyone in the company extremely helpful and supportive for new Forum Chairs.

Recruiting new members takes more time & effort that most people realize. You need to follow the process and allocate the time. It's easiest if you have an existing network of CEOs as clients (eg executive advisors/coaches), and harder if you do not have these close connections. But not impossible - see time above.
