Mace has very strong policies to ensure that all staff are treated fairly irrespective of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.
All due processes are followed in line with the company's grievance procedure and the Equality Act 2010.
Mace understands and values the importance of having a diverse workforce that allows us to provide a better perspective on our clients' challenges. As a minimum we always follow the requirements set out by the Equality Act 2010.
