Overall makes it feel safe to try hard to make a difference. Just gone independent from Mace and with things to pick up they used to do for us. Business growing quickly. Both giving personal growth opportunities if that's what you're keen on.

Can be a bit hectic with the MBO at the moment, sometimes feeling there's a bit too much to do. Should settle down, but be ready for a fast ride right now.
