Generally good work life balance

The company has gone through significant changes, including global layoffs and increased micromanagement. One concerning issue is the perceived favoritism within leadership. Employees who are closed with the CEO appear to have greater job security and advantages, regardless of their overall contribution. This has created a sense of unfairness and negatively affected team morale. From a product perspective, there are engineering and architectural limitations that require serious attention. The same teams responsible for earlier technical decisions are now attempting to resolve the resulting issues, which raises concerns about long term technical direction. While the product continues to generate revenue, there seems to be limited investment in strengthening its technical foundation. The focus often appears to be on short term business outcomes rather than sustainable product growth.
