Typical management issues of any factory Some positions can be quite fast paced

There are some good people at Mactac, unfortunately they get drowned out by the bad

Senior management at Stow is beyond horrible. The company is infested with senior leaders who only play office politics. The site in Moore has gone through 4 Plant Managers (1 of which was immensely unqualified for the role) and 3 HR Managers in less than 3 years.
