No Directions....very little assistance from managment No Clarity, rules were changed daily or weekly in regards to sales, clearances, returns the entire team had different directions. NO Training.....New employees were given different directions or not even trained Lack of communication, managers told employees they were given a review but copies were never made available to employees. You would get a terrific review one day and written up the next. Confusing and unclear directions made the employees seem stupid and unhelpful to customers Store managers were never available and often told sales associates do what you think is best then later reprimanded associates using common sense. Loss Prevention spent more time intimadating employees than the shoplifters?
