Unclean working conditions, unrealistic expectations for the small kitchen space, Management insisting that we don't need to hire anyone, despite being constantly understaffed. Running a full service restaurant while simultaneously putting out large parties in a small kitchen while being told to "get over it". Unprofessional upper management. Lots of fraternizing between management and service staff. No team building.
