Pay attention to the review here, and be aware the 5 reviews come from an internal push from leaderships and HR make their score better when they get bad reviews. Also notice how much more informative the lower scored reviews are. This place is brutal, little to no communication between management and departments. Many manager are working on the "peter principle" as they've been promoted beyond their capabilities. Your production teammates are wonderful but you basically bond around the fact that you're all over worked underpaid and that no one really cares how you are doing. The company takes plenty of money in commission and via their services but you will see none of that, even though they are raking in the money. Decent spot to 'cut your teeth' if your just out of college. If you don't totally lose your mind first. They've had the same issues year over year over year, but have never adjusted anything internally for their product teams because they flat out don't care about you
