Higher management (CM and RM) is rude and disrespectful, pay rate is quite low for the amount of work to be done, bad communication and micro management, CM is pretty arrogant and bossy. High targets with low rewards. Manager's bonuses are impossible to reach. Be prepared for long hours with no recognition.
