Awesome projects, too much flexibility in everything and home office. It is a perfect place to start your career because they push you to grow and learn new things.

Svantaggi

- There are nepotism, the hiring process is completely ignored if you know the CEO. - The brother CEO were involved in a sexual harassment inside the company. - Salary is too low, having a raise takes too much. - The payment works as a mixed scheme, (it is not full nomina) - the office is kind of boring

The culture is fantastic and welcoming. They highly encourage growth and training and give you help when you need it. Management is always ready to listen to your suggestions or concerns. Highly recommended.

There's really nothing I don't like about working here. Magma has been making a lot of improvements lately to address any outstanding concerns.
