They really tried to sell themselves on being a 'flexible' company, but there were times when I was given a hard time about appointments and coming in early. Plus, it's common nowadays for businesses to be flexible and let their employees WFH. Unfortunately, most of the employees working there feel the same way and are either too comfortable to leave or just getting experience. One of the leads was very rude and condescending multiple times and he's the same way with everyone, which is why the turnover rate is extremely high. There are far better companies to work for. This company has no value.
