Never enough time to plan, but that's the same everywhere

The teachers and principal (Michal Bessler) are AMAZING. An incredible, loving, caring team. The elementary school faculty and staff feel like a true family. Highly supportive and passionate about their students and colleagues.

Upper management does not always support the staff. Influential families have a lot of control, and one negative interaction with a parent can destroy a teacher's reputation due to gossip among parents, who are all part of a close, gossipy community. Several examples of upper management undermining elementary staff decisions in fear of losing families.
