I like the flexible schedule, talented coworkers, working on real work for real clients. To that last point, you are not subjected to working on a high number of low-budget, local service clients like other agencies, which can be a real drain.

Can't think of any cons.

1. Huge range of clients, including some emerging markets. You'll get experience in a number of industries. 2. Very competitive SEO atmosphere. People are doing cutting edge, strategic work and getting real results. 3. Opportunities to learn: Majux handles client work end-to-end (web dev all the way to marketing and content), so you can get your hands on many aspects of the business. 4. Beautiful, open office with a kitchen/bar/espresso/everything you need. 5. Lots of autonomy. 6. Flexible work hours + work from home days, plenty of vaca & "digital nomad days" 7. Very high client retention --- this is not a "churn and burn" agency. The quality of work is exceptionally high.

You have to be a self-starter. You won't necessarily be checked on very often, but when the results come in, you will be held accountable. You have to be able to identify problems, figure out how to fix them, and then act without somebody giving you step-by-step guidelines.
