      Limited personal accountability among leadership. Recent layoffs didn’t seem fully thought out and some people are still worried. Messaging from top leadership is often out of touch.

      Good coworkers and company trip

      Every department is siloed. Leadership strategy changes weekly. Marketing and product leadership focus only on improving vanity metrics. High micromanagement. Executive team blames AI on every problem in the company and how employees are too slow and need to adapt. Leadership asks for "radical candor" feedback and never applies any of it. Internal movement opportunities are weak. Other reviews about changing culture are accurate.
