Benefits are amazing: team trips, great lunches, motivational office dog, and inspiring mentors/team! Everyone here is really encouraged to learn and pitch their ideas. The collaborations across different specialties (i.e. marketing, graphic design, data, etc) create an open environment and an endless flow of communication! You never feel like you're out of the loop. The energy here is also infectious and there's a genuine commitment to working towards something great!

I wouldn't necessarily consider this a con: Since it's a startup (and my first experience working in one) there are several projects that you'll work on simultaneously that'll introduce you to all facets of marketing which helps keep you on your feet while learning to anticipate opportunities/obstacles.
