Mostly remote, decent pay, good benefits/time off

Training is reactive, not proactive. You're thrown in the mix and it feels a bit like sink or swim. Too many meetings and when deliverables stack up you have to navigate both. Can be extremely stressful.

Pros? Any other team then the one I was in. I had a great relationship to most other teams

It's the most clicky, fake bullying environment I have ever either worked in. You must be besties with the woman managers or you get bullied out. Nice to your face and then come for your job.
