Great variety in subject matters and trying out different new things, no two days are ever the same. Great deal of ownership of end product and ability to become a subject matter expert in a range of topics from a standing start. AI innovation and implementation are creating a huge amount of opportunity! It's a great place for people with initiative but it takes time to prove yourself and earn the trust of management.

Not enough automation sometimes means long hours spent doing manual tasks but innovation is encouraged if you have the time to look into new tools and ways of working. Work life balance is mostly good. However, this is (still) a small company with a relatively flat structure so it's not a good place if you only want to climb through the ranks!
