We do review the benefits constantly to ensure we offer the best we can. We do pay above National Minimum Wage for our roles. All positions in hospitality have various work loads which can be discussed with management if there is any concerns. All management in our company are required to attend 2 day workshop with the learning and development team, which helps support the team members. Hi There, Thanks for your reveiw. Glad you have enjoyed your time at Malmaison. We do offer a range of flexible contracts designed to work around both the employee and the needs of the hotel. These contracts do help maintain a work/ life balance but we do acknowledge that during peak times some shifts may seem longer than others. Ben
