Great company that pays fair, has benefits, and cares about their employees

There are a couple of bothersome things but more of my personal opinion than actual "cons"

None? I worked on a small team and was painfully underpaid. Being laid off was the best thing that ever happened to me.

Where to start? The leader of the team is very obviously not tech savvy. He called our positions Onboarding Specialists when we were very obviously Business Analysts. Pay was terrible, didn’t get a single raise on this team. Company split into something called AGENIUM and laid off half of its staff. Without a doubt the biggest waste of four years I’ve ever spent with a company. My life improved greatly after being let go, if anyone from here were to ever reach out to me, I’d block them.
