A lot of internal pre-selected courses to help with general consulting topics, with option to ask for more specialized ones, although it takes a lot of paperwork to get those, but it is posible. Opportunity to move to different countries through projects, although much depends on your manager and partner. Everyone gets an increase in salary and position once per year on the same day, so this eliminates internal competition among workmates.

Lack of 360 evaluations. All performance reviews are done by the managers and directos, who at times are not really that involved in the day-to-day project, which leads to not thorough evaluations. Some project assignation are done only with the purposes of selling the project, not taking into account the person's skills and knowledge.
