I've only been with MSI for a few months and I've already been promoted. This is a small company that really cares about people. Everything this company does is about helping people. They help through training and certifications, charity, the free library training program, I could go on and on. They desire all the positive reviews they get. Pay is above average.

They are growing really fast. This isn't a con by itself, but we are constantly understaffed and the workload is high.
