As a Centre Manager, my 1–2 years of service at Manav Rachna Educational Institutions (MREI) has been an exceptionally enriching and professionally rewarding journey. The institution provides a progressive work environment that actively encourages innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the practical application of emerging technologies—particularly Artificial Intelligence in the healthcare domain. I have gained valuable hands-on experience in managing academic and operational initiatives, contributing to skill-based learning, and supporting research-driven programs aligned with real-world healthcare challenges. There are no cons as such in the system apart from slight delays in service access, as lots of approvals are needed; I guess that is the same in many universities.
