No Pros worst company ever seen

Full of cons: * Frequent overtime with limited work-life balance. * Shift timings changed regularly, often on a daily basis, making personal planning difficult. * Extended working hours beyond the scheduled shift. * Salary was often credited in the middle of the month rather than on a consistent date. * Management lacked professionalism in handling employee concerns. * Important communications and operational updates were primarily shared through WhatsApp instead of formal company channels. * Lack of proper documentation and official communication regarding shift changes and organizational decisions. * Employee grievances were not always handled transparently or effectively. * Limited focus on employee well-being and retention. * Lack of structured HR processes and employee support, which in some cases can negatively impact employees’ careers and professional growth.( every one worked in this company would definitely know who the HR is )
