The coworkers are fantastic! Everyone works really well together to make the day more fun and productive. What you put into the job is what you get out of it. Great advancement opportunities. I worked there for a better part of a decade and because I had the drive to do more, management helped and allowed me to advance within the company. Good work/ personal life balance.

The training is not ideal for some people. It is more of a guided and self taught training program - which worked great for me, but some coworkers were frustrated. The transportation/logistics business can be stressful at times which makes coworkers negative and can be very hard to be around.
