However, it's concerning that you have to work long hours and feel there are limited training and career progression opportunities available. We've made the latter a big focus following employee feedback last year, with lots of training sessions and toolkits launched to help you discover your personal best. If you feel you aren't getting access to this or it's not relevant to you, please do raise this with your line manager, along with your pay concerns. We want to make sure that everyone feels supported, adequately rewarded and able to learn new skills in order to develop their careers.
