More new Immigrants are coming to Toronto, Canada it is creating more supply than demand for low leveled jobs like $11.25 jobs; agencies like Manpower and few other companies are exploiting more having zero respect for new immigrants. On the other hand these new immigrants who are doing very low leveled job just for survival may be doctors, nurse, teachers, engineers or scientists in their last country; they are so frustrated but can’t go back for different reasons, but live here with burning hearts looking at their future family members with hope. The agency like Manpower in Pickering, all of their employees lie for their profession and lie is their only language to make these new immigrants stupid and more frustrated showing carrot on their hands. Instead they should be more truthful to them and show the reality; it will at least show them some respect than put them into the dark. Imagine without these new immigrants, you are nobody with no jobs. The Government should look into these situations and also put pressure on the agencies and company instead of just looking at the graph and numbers. There are some human sides also that we are forgetting now days. This Canada is the one of the greatest county in the World because Canadians know how to show respect and how to protect respect but the new generations specially new Canadians from other countries forgetting that they had also a past as new immigrants to this country.
