- Slow to change and the systems and processes are from the dark ages. This inhibits personal productivity, growth and the opportunity to maximise revenue e.g. Consultants doing payroll with paper-based time sheets (what a joke in 2017). - Divisions are siloed, with little knowledge of what other people are doing in the business. This means the brand misses out on opportunities and we have to work twice as hard for the same result. - Pay is a little below average, bonuses aren't great and I have a ridiculous work load - Trying to climb to ladder can be hard if your face doesn't fit and some incredibly talented people aren't supported to reach their full potential.
