Very bad communication and completely ignorant. - Recensione dipendente - Cleaner presso Manpower

Incredibly poor communication. Ignorant recruiters, managers and area managers. Low pay. Unable to find you permanent position. Most of your positions last up till 3 months and no more as Manpower doesn't tell you that is convenient for the employers, as they don't want to take you in and actually pay you the real pay you should be getting after your probation. :) Recruiters can sometimes "forget" to email you that you have been sacked from a positions for example and you can go to work one day see someone else there working at your position and tell you "You don't work here anymore". :) And don't forget when you complain about it to the manager that you did not receive ANY notice for it, they can say directly to you "You might not have received notice, but we have." :) BEST company to NEVER work for! OH OH! And don't forget! You might have a bachelors in science, and the only positions they will offer you are Cleaner, Housekeeper and Customer Assistant. Nothing else. You are a scum to them, especially if you are a foreign. :)
