Most unprofessional environment ever. Working on a construction site, practically no training except they present their out dated knowledgebase. Unfriendly trainer and no bonus even though they promise. Sick leaves "lost" so that they can cut salary. General environment should even not be legal in Portugal. They accept professional advice but will say it was their idea, trying to keep you down as good as they can. Pure neputism.
