Leadership don't recognize all the hard work that is taking place in the field. It is all numbers driven and stressful. Every month you hear of great talent is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Not enough incentive for them to stay when every year the commission plan keeps getting smaller and smaller but the goals keep getting higher. Not setting people up to be successful in their role.
