-Oppressive HR department (if you do not agree, you're fired). I saw it many times, it's shocking. -Some HQ managers are -completely- lost, killing results. -If something goes well, thanks to the manager, if something goes wrong, assistants are the problem, and if you try to help, they just listen to you considering your badge first. -Pre-historic Back office, not helpful because of old technology. -Unfortunately, Manpower sells services not used by themselves. -They don't care about talent, they do not make investments on people's career, they do not follow their own speech. It is really sad.
