An Global HR service provider with no value or ethics - Recensione dipendente - Business Development Manager presso ManpowerGroup

I don't know where to start from.. worst internal HR team, no value of employees , no growth, too much politics. Being an HR company their HR policies are so weak and flawed. HR don't value their employees and have a don't care attitude towards employee grievances..Business has no say in anything. Their idealogies are back dated. Too top it all they use unnecessary pressure tactics which demoralize employees more.
