Consistently pay lower than industry standards. RPO is always in fire-drill mode- no planning. I got tons of calls needing someone the same or next day. They think they are getting business because of their reputation- but they are underbidding the market. This company is a classic example of 'you get what you pay for'. They lack any sort of consultative approach with their clients- letting them call all the shots when they are supposed to be the experts! No planning means benched with no warning several times. Won't make that mistake again...
