They fall short in almost every aspect — from employee benefits, staff welfare, and salary structure to administration and overall leadership. The leadership lacks professionalism and strategic direction, with a culture that often leans towards blame rather than guidance or support for the team. Unfortunately, the organisation feels poorly managed and lacks the structure and standards expected of a professional company.

Working in my current role has been an immensely enjoyable experience, largely due to the supportive and friendly atmosphere fostered by my colleagues. Their cooperation and encouragement have not only made the work environment pleasant but also facilitated my personal and professional growth. I've had the opportunity to expand beyond my main job responsibilities, trying new tasks and learning extensively along the way. These experiences have been invaluable, broadening my skills and perspectives. I am deeply grateful for the chance to work alongside such wonderful teammates and look forward to continuing to learn and contribute in this enriching environment.
