The business is on an upward trajectory after making several positive changes over the past 12-18 months, making for an exciting long-term project to be a part of. I can safely say that collaboration across departments is at an all time high within ManyPets - which is constantly evident in the huge number of positive changes we implement on a monthly basis, which require teams from all over the business to be involved in to meet an agreed goal. Although meeting customer needs is the primary focus for the business, this does not in any way impact how staff are treated - gifts are frequently posted to staff, multiple benefits provided, events organised several times per year, and an all-round positive culture is to be enjoyed that ManyPets have worked so hard to implement. It feels like department Leaders and Managers genuinely care about their people - and this helps to create trust, motivation and desire to succeed, no matter which area of the business you operate in. Having worked in the business for the past 4 years (starting at entry-level), I can safely say that the pay is more than fair. Good and clear communication is a key part of how the business operates, not only internally, but with customers too. Although the business has grown rapidly over the past several years, ManyPets has not lost it's identity, and continues to be a happy and ever-evolving place to work.
