1) Work like a dog just like you are in an IB but the pay is poor and exactly as how a developer would pay. 2) Very very hard to maintain a work-life balance. 3) Super duper hard to climb up the ladder. Easily overlooked by management when you are at the bottom half of the pyramid. Company also likes creating new management positions so as to hire outsiders that they like. Therefore, even if you are promoted, you are effectively still being pushed down the pyramid.
